What do i need to make my own maps ? if if possible where can i get these programes .. or give me some names ..

You can use RuneEd; it’s in your Rune\System folder <runeed.exe>.
..and you can find some tuts on http://ed.runegame.com/</runeed.exe>

ok .. i tryed Rune ED in my system folder .. i get this error

Go into Rune\EditorFix and copy the files you find there to your Windows\System folder.
