Secretary

The Officers have adjourned council; and do hereby invest Midknight with the function of Secretary, and all the effects that troop with responsibility.

Secretary is above all a mediating office; employed in the organisation of tournaments, intra- and inter-club events.

Chief, will you do the honour of entitlement.
