For the minutes, witness here the following oaths:
Wintermoon:
“Ja ich nehme die Wahl an … Ok, I accept.”
Bitorin Strativun:
“I take on this role… As the Minister of Peace, with both joy, and pride.”
Impaler (spoken already like a true chief):
" First of all, I’m honored.
Second: I read the Constitution and I think that I can fulfill the Club Chief tasks.
Third: I think that we must submit to vote these changes.]]"
You three form the new Triumvirate and the second generation of government over the Low Caliber Club; therefore the government has the form 3 + 1; “three plus one”. Which is to say: I, who stem from the government of the last generation, am a necessary transition and remain in a certain sense aloof from the matter, which does not mean uninvolved. I trust you three to take it upon yourself to establish Law, Right and Discipline upon the time-honored foundation of our Constitution; and to carry them forth with the violence of office and the even-handedness of justice.
Herewith, at 10:05 Eastern Standard Time, on the Third of March Two-thousand-two, do I confirm the establishment of your office and the Second Triumvirate.
And to clarify the established dynamic of office: Bitorin as Minister shall be given preferment in ethical disputes of policy; Impaler as Chief shall verify potential recruits and submit them to all manner of testing at his pleasure; Wintermoon as Secretary shall be the public-relations contact for tournaments and be the mediator of in-house communication, as well as spokesman for our cause.
I as Secretary-administrator reserve the right, by the approval of council, to approve changes in policy, to veto and extricate from office, to oversee the administration of the club, and in short, the negative effects that troop with office.
